Zox Music respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from artists distributing through our platform. This page explains how to submit a copyright complaint.
We require that all content distributed through Zox Music is either owned by the submitting artist or label, or properly licensed for release. We take copyright complaints seriously and will investigate reports of infringement.
If you believe a release distributed through Zox Music infringes your copyright, please submit a complaint via our Contact page including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed; (2) identification of the release in question, including artist name and track title; (3) your contact information; and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
Upon receiving a valid complaint, we will review the claim and may temporarily suspend distribution of the release in question while the matter is investigated with the involved parties.
Artists whose releases are affected by a copyright complaint will be given the opportunity to respond and provide evidence of ownership or licensing rights.
Accounts found to have repeatedly submitted infringing content may be suspended or terminated from the Zox Music platform.
